A respected property management company is seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman / Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This position plays a vital role in supporting the ongoing upkeep of both residential and commercial properties, with coverage across High Wycombe, Elephant & Castle, and occasional work in Kingston and Esher.
This role offers the chance to work within a structured, professional environment where quality of service and long-term property care are key priorities. A company van will be provided for travel between sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out general maintenance and minor repairs across occupied and vacant properties
Painting, decorating, and ensuring spaces are well-presented
Performing plumbing repairs and small-scale carpentry tasks
Completing basic gardening duties and outdoor upkeep
Inspecting and assisting with minor roofing works
Maintaining clean and safe job sites at all times
Supporting removals or internal moves when required
Using tools and equipment with care and responsibility
Reporting faults and following instructions from management
Candidate Requirements:
Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar multi-trade or property maintenance role
Capable of working independently across multiple locations
Punctual, dependable, and committed to high standards
Familiar with basic health & safety practices
Positive attitude and ability to adapt to changing priorities
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm – 1-hour unpaid lunch break
Flexibility for early starts essential
Optional weekend work available as required
