An established legal practice is seeking a Commercial Property Conveyancer to join their team near High Wycombe. This full-time, office-based role offers the chance to manage a varied portfolio of commercial property transactions independently, from initial instruction through to completion. The position will suit a qualified solicitor or experienced conveyancing paralegal looking to work autonomously within a supportive and professional environment.
Based near High Wycombe, this permanent role involves direct communication with clients and external parties such as estate agents and financial institutions. The role
- Manage all aspects of commercial property conveyancing transactions from start to finish
- Prepare, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements related to property transactions
- Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with property laws and regulations
- Provide clear, practical legal advice and guidance to clients
- Maintain accurate case records and ensure deadlines are met
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders
About you
- Qualified solicitor with a current practising certificate or an experienced conveyancing paralegal
- At least one year of post-qualification experience or equivalent in residential and commercial conveyancing
- Strong understanding of property law, conveyancing procedures, and relevant legal requirements
- Proven ability to manage a caseload effectively and work independently
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
- Proficient in legal drafting and research
